Jennifer Blair

Jennifer Blair joined Tier Three in 2008 as a Partner and Sales Representative. She managed the appraisal team for 8 years, providing her with extensive knowledge on what practices are worth and what specific factors contribute to value in a dental practice. She frequently takes part in speaking engagements to dentists and other industry leaders on such topics, and loves helping her dental clients put this knowledge to use in maximizing their value and planning for a successful transition. With a project management background, she is with you every step of the way from initial discussions, to practice valuations, to eventual sales and transitions. Prior to joining Tier Three, Jennifer graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has 8 years of front office experience in the health care industry, along with experience at a major bank serving dental professionals…not to mention her first job out of school was working for a major dental equipment supplier. It is no wonder her career path led her to Tier Three. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her husband, and 2 daughters. She also enjoys walks with her dog, a good cup of coffee (or several), traveling, reading, and she will never say no to a card game with family and friends.
