Looking to get the insider’s scoop on buying or selling a practice?  Tier Three’s own Bill Henderson and Dr. Bernie Dolansky will be participating in two upcoming ODA seminars with other industry experts, David Chong Yen, David Rosenthal and Mark McNulty.  The presentation, entitled “What you need to know before you buy or sell a dental practice” has been a big hit with past attendees. The seminar will be of significant value to any dentists within 5 to 7 years of selling, as well as any dentists looking to buy a practice.

Among other things, current practice owners will learn the key factors that determine the value of their practice and how to maximise the chance of attracting the kind of buyers they want.  Dentists looking to buy a practice will learn how to identify hidden value in practices and what things to watch out for.
