Patti-Anne Jones

Patti-Anne has been with Tier Three since 2020, working as a full time Transition Consultant and Sales Representative. She loves helping dentists realize untapped potential in their practices and ultimately transition on their own terms. She earned her DDS at Western and completed a residency at the Hamilton Civic Hospitals before spending 25 years in clinical practice as both an owner and associate in Ontario and BC. Along the way, her interest in the business side of dentistry led her to pursue an MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business, which opened doors to roles in marketing, communications, and business development. For seven years, Patti-Anne was Director of Member Services at the BC Dental Association, where she worked one-on-one with dentists on everything from employment and human rights issues to patient disputes, college complaints, and insurance audits. She also contributed to the BCDA’s Economics and Business of Dentistry committees, taught practice management to senior dental students, and wrote quarterly articles for The Bridge magazine. Patti-Anne is a familiar face at dental conventions and events, where she’s often invited to speak. She has delivered presentations across BC to all component dental societies, and numerous times at the Pacific Dental Conference. Now living in the GTA with her husband, two university-aged kids, and Berner cross, Patti-Anne enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and playing fetch with their dog who has boundless energy. Patti-Anne is happy to provide services to dentists in both Ontario and British Columbia.
