Scott Thornton

Scott Thornton has been serving the dental community in Atlantic Canada since 1992, building trusted relationships with dentists throughout every stage of practice ownership. With more than three decades of experience in the dental industry, he has helped hundreds of dentists achieve their goals by providing strategic guidance and support to strengthen and grow their practices. As National Director of Sales, Operations and Atlantic Zone General Manager for Henry Schein Canada, and a Transitions Consultant with Tier Three Brokerage, Scott combines extensive leadership experience with deep industry knowledge and firsthand insight into the unique challenges and opportunities facing practice owners. He works closely with dentists across Atlantic Canada to develop personalized transition strategies, providing comprehensive practice valuations and expert guidance through the sale or acquisition of a dental practice. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to long-term relationships, Scott is passionate about helping dentists maximize the value of their life's work while ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
