Adam Jones

With over 20 years of experience across orthodontics, implant dentistry, and dental distribution, Adam Jones has spent his career working alongside dental practices to support their evolving needs, growth, and success. Through both sales and leadership roles, he has worked closely with dental offices on everything from day-to-day operations and technology investments to new clinic builds, renovations, and practice development. Adam joined Tier Three in 2025 to help dental practices better understand their key performance indicators and identify areas of opportunity. Whether supporting an established practice looking to improve, expand, or transition, or a clinician pursuing ownership for the first time, he works closely with clients to help them achieve their goals. Adam combines a broad range of industry experience with a practical, client-focused approach.
