Nichola Kosloski

Nichola brings over 15 years of dental industry experience to her role at Tier Three. She spent 10 years as a dental assistant before moving into digital dentistry as a CAD/CAM integration specialist. For the past three years, she has worked in dental sales, where she developed a strong reputation for building lasting relationships and helping practices implement technology that improves both clinical outcomes and workflow efficiency. Her deep understanding of both the clinical and business sides of dentistry allows her to guide clients with empathy, insight, and professionalism.
