This thriving urban endo practice located in Thunder Bay draws from an expanding and very large potential patient base. The owner is the only endodontist servicing this large part of the province. As of 2023 there were more than 113,000 people in the city of Thunder Bay, and the practice also serves more than another 65,000 individuals from within the Sunset Country region of northwest Ontario.

The current owner has been purposely restricting the number of referral sources he accepts in order to enjoy life/work balance. He believes there is an opportunity to work 11 hours per day, 5 days per week, or even more if the buyer is motivated. The owner worked these hours for many years before putting restraints into place.

The almost 1,300-square foot practice facility currently has 2 equipped operatories but could easily include a 3rd in a large private office originally plumbed and wired. The reception area is larger than required and a portion of this could be carved off to replace the private office, if desired. Additionally, there is space which could be used to install a pan x-ray unit. The practice currently uses another practice in town to obtain pans.

The current owner is motivated to assist with a smooth transition and is flexible with regards to that process. As an additional benefit to the purchaser, the practice will sell as an asset transaction.
