In the last year there were more than 1,400 unique patients treated, with 900 new patients coming from over 1,000 unique referrals. The owner now sees referrals from 250+ GPs, and with expanded hours and days per week, there may be an opportunity to expand further.

After all expenses including the loan, potential shared compensation for the endodontists is projected at $575K in the first year, with an additional $90K+ in cashflow after loan repayment.

The practice is non-assignment, with very low A/R, and estimates 90-95% of patients have insurance.
