Revenue in the practice grew 5% between 2021 and 2022, and another 9.5% between 2022 and 2023. The practice currently generates more than $1,000,000 annually and there is more than $640,000 in contracted but unbilled amounts in place.

The current owner is prepared to provide a very flexible transition with mentorship, practice management handover, introductions to the referral sources and patients, and collaborative treatment planning, for either a short or a long-time frame as desired by the purchaser.
After all expenses, based on projected compensation of $1800/day, with an additional $40K in cashflow after loan repayment, total owner/operator revenue will be between $320K and $360K annually, once the selling dentist fully retires.
