This thriving urban endo practice draws from an expanding and greater community of more than 500,000 people in southern Ontario. The practice is growing annually: with the number of referring GPs, the number of patients receiving treatments, and revenue now over $1.35M.

Run in a compact 790 square feet with 2 equipped operatories with newer chairs and microscope. The facility includes a small private office with washroom, other administrative and clinical areas, and unexpectedly offers free parking for patients.

In the last year there were more than 1,400 unique patients treated, with 900 new patients coming from over 1,000 unique referrals. The owner now sees referrals from 250 GPs, and with expanded hours and days per week, there may be an opportunity to expand further.

After all expenses including the loan, potential shared compensation for the endodontists is projected at $575K in the first year, with an additional $90K in cashflow after loan repayment.

The practice is non-assignment, with very low A/R, and estimates 90-95% of patients have insurance.

The current owner is motivated to assist with a smooth transition and is flexible with regards to that process.
