Objectives:
- To successfully handover the ownership, management, and care of an established practice in Toronto from a retiring dentist to a new owner
- The drive to take over ownership of the practice, with almost 1,000 extremely stable patients
- To maintain management of 5 staff members
- To oversee the ongoing practice of dentistry in 3 equipped operatories and to expand, if desired, to a 4th room plumbed and wired
- To take over the existing website, and to increase marketing and advertising
- To continue with the profitable and sustainable hygiene program with production of $278 per hygiene patient per year
